Debbie holland h rh11b 1 3/4 c Flour
1/3 c Brown sugar
1/3 c Sugar
1 c Cold margarine cut in small
1 c Nuts chopped
16 oz Canned pumpkin
14 oz Eagle brand milk
2 Eggs
1 ts Ground cinnamon
1 ts Ground allspice
1/2 ts Salt
Preheat oven to 350 . In medium bowl, combine flour and sugars cut in margarine until crumbly. Stir in nuts. Reserving 1 cup crumb mi ture, press remainder firmly on bottom and halfway up sides of 12 7 inch baking dish. In large mi er bowl, combine remaining ingredients e cept reserved crumb mi ture mi well. Pour into prepared dish. Top with reserved crumb mi ture. Bake 55 minutes or until golden. Cool. 14 oz Peaches drained, reserve juice 1 tb Lemon juice 6 Ice cubes 1/3 c Milk, homogenized 1/2 c Peach juice 1/2 ts Rum flavoring Pot peaches, lemon juice, ice cubes, milk, peach juice and rum flavoring into blender. Blend until ice is gone. Serve immediately. NOTE: Fresh peaches may be used. Add 1 tbsp granulated sugar or to taste. MOCK STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI: Use fresh strawberries instead of peaches.
