4 salmon fillets 1 thick
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 teaspoon cajun seasoning mi to taste
4 cups frozen seasoned spiral cut french fries

1. Position racks to divide oven into 3rds. Preheat to 475 degrees.
2. Line 2 jelly roll pans with foil (for easy clean up)
3. Brush both sides of fish with oil arrange in 1 of the prepared pans and spr inkle tops with Cajun seasoning.
4. Spread seasoned fries in other pan.
5. Bake salmon on upper oven rack, french fries on lower, 12 15 minutes or unti l fish is cooked through and fries are crisp.
