2 1/2 oz Low Calorie Vanilla Pudding
Mi 1 2/3 c Skim Milk
1 c Chopped Peachs Pitted And
Peeled 1 c Prepared Low Calorie
Whipped Topping 1/4 t Ground Cinnamon
1/4 t Ground Ginger
1/4 t Ground Nutmeg
In a medium bowl, blend the pudding mi and milk. Microwave at high (100) for 4 to 6 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring two or three times during the cooking. Stir in the peaches and cover with plastic wrap. Chill until set. Blend the spices into the whipped topping. In each of 4 parfait glasses, layer 1/4 cup of the pudding mi , 3 T of the whipped topping. Then layer another 1/4 cup of the pudding mi on top of the whipped topping and 1 T of the topping. 1 Frying chicken 1 jalapeno chile pepper chopped 1/2 onion chopped 1 clove garlic salt to taste 3 tablespoons cooking oil 3 tablespoons flour 1 can chicken broth Wash and cut up chicken. Drop chicken in hot oil in Dutch Oven. Add chopped i ngredients and cover. Turn heat low and cook until tender (it makes its own ju ice). When chicken is tender and a little brown, push to side of pot and add f lour. Stir add chicken broth and enough water to make gravy to desired thickn ess. Simmer on low heat for 15 20 minutes.
