1/3 Cup Water lukewarm
3 Cups Bread Flour
3 Tablespoons Dry milk
1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
1/4 Cup Butter
1/4 Cup Honey
3/4 Cup Canned Corn
2 Teaspoons Chives
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
2 1/2 Teaspoons Yeast

Add ingredients to Automatic Bread Machine per manufacturers instructions. This recipe is recommended for regular and rapid bake cycles.
Be sure to drain canned corn very well before measuring.
Dough will not be as firm in the kneading precess as you're used to. Rela , it will rise to the occasion.
To make fried corn fritters, use the dough cycle. Roll dough our into a one inch thickness and then slice into one inch cubes. Drip into pre heated cooking oil (fritters should sizzle immediately) for appro imately one minute, stirring occasionally. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain.
