7 c Whole wheat flour/divided
To 8 cups 2 pk Dry yeast
1 tb Salt
1 1/2 c Milk
1 1/2 c Water
1/4 c Plus
2 tb Butter or margarine
1/4 c Honey

Combine 3 cups flour, yeast, and salt in a mi ing bowl stir and set aside. Combine milk, water, butter, and honey in a medium saucepan place over low heat, stirring constantly, until mi ture reaches 120 degrees to 130 degrees. Stir milk mi ture into flour mi ture, and beat at medium speed of an electric mi er 2 minutes or until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour to make a stiff dough. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface let dough rest 10 minutes. Knead dough until smooth and elastic (about 3 minutes). Place in a well greased bowl, turning to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place (85 degrees), free from drafts, for 50 minutes or until dough has doubled in bulk. Punch dough down, and divide in half shape each portion into a loaf. Place in 2 well greased 9 5 3 inch loafpans. Cover and let rise in a warm place, free from drafts, 50 minutes or until doubled in bulk. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until loaves sound hollow when tapped. Brush loaves with melted butter remove from Recipe continues on Whole Wheat Bread part 2

1 Pineapple, ripe 1 pk Cream cheese (8 oz) 1/2 c Well aged Cheddar, grated 1 tb Chives, minced 1/4 ts Dry mustard 1 tb White rum 1/4 ts Salt (optional) Cut off the top of the pineapple far enough down so that a wide rim is formed. Scoop out the fruit and chop it fine. Blend together the cheeses, chives, 1 1/2 cups of the chopped pineapple, mustard, rum, and salt. Pile mi ture into pineapple shell.
