1 3/4 c Unsifted a p flour
2 c Sugar
3/4 c Hershey's cocoa
1 1/2 ts Baking soda
1 1/2 ts Baking powder
1 ts Salt
2 Eggs
1 c Milk
1/2 Vegetable oil
2 ts Vanilla
1 c Boiling water
Combine dry ingredients in large mi er bow. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin) Pour into greased 13 9 2 pan.
