INGREDIENTS SMALL LOAF 3/4 c Water
2 1/4 c Better for Bread flour
1 tb Dry milk Powder
2 1/2 tb Brown sugar
3/4 ts Salt
2 tb Butter or Margarine, small
Pieces 1 1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/3 c Pecans, chopped
1 ts Yeast, fast rise
OR 1 1/4 ts Active dry yeast

INGREDIENTS LARGE LOAF 1 1/8 c Water
3 1/3 c Better for Bread flour
1 1/2 tb Dry milk powder
3 tb Brown sugar
1 ts Salt
1/4 c Butter or margarine, small
Pieces 2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 c Pecans, chopped
1 1/2 ts Yeast, fast rise
OR 2 ts Yeast, active dry
Place in pan in order recommended by breadmachine manufacturer. Use RapidBake cycle or standard. 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c orange juice 2 c. rhubarb cut into 1/2 inch slices OR frozen sliced rhubarb (8 oz.) 2 t. cornstarch 1 T. water 1 c. sliced strawberries In saucepan, combine sugar and orange juice. Bring to boiling add fresh or frozen rhubarb. Return to boiling reduce heat. Cover and amp simmer 5 7 minutes or until rhubarb is nearly tender. Drain rhubarb, reserving syrup.
