3 tb Olive Oil
1/2 c Minced Onions
1 c Tomato Sauce
1/2 ts Oregano
1/4 ts Italian Seasoning
3/4 c Sliced Mushrooms
1/2 md Zucchini, Thnly Sliced
1/2 c Diced Red Pepper
4 8 Inch Flour 0R 6 Inch Corn
Tortillas 1/2 c Black Olives
1 c Grated Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 c Diced Green Pepper
Heat 2 T. Oil in Heavy Medium Saucepan Over Medium Heat. Add Onions and amp Cook Until Golden, Stirring Occasionally, About 5 Min. Stir in Tomato Sauce, Garlic, Oregano and amp Italian Seasoning. Simmer Until Thickened, About Five Minutes. Heat Remaining 1 T. Oil in Skillet Over Medium Heat. Add Mushrooms and amp Zucchini and amp Cook Until Tender, Stirring Occasionally, Aboutfive Min. Set Aside. Preheat Oven To 350. Place Tortillas On Baking Sheet and amp Bake Until Crisp, About 4 Min. Spread About 1/4 C. Sauce Over Each. Sprinkle Each With 1/4 C. Cheese. Top Pizzas With Mushrooms, Zucchini, Peppers and amp Olives. Bake Until Cheese Melts, About 5 Min. Serve.
