20 oz Silken tofu
16 oz Vanilla soymilk
1 tb Vanilla e tract
1/4 c Sugar
2 tb Brown sugar
1/4 ts Turmeric
1/2 c Brandy or rum, optional
Nutmeg In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients e cept nutmeg. Blending thoroughly, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides. Serve well chilled and amp dusted with nutmeg. NOTE: This vegan eggnog is rather suscpetible to the flavour of alcohol, so you amy want to start with smaller amounts if adding alcohol to your nog and amp add more as necessary.

Melt butter in saucepan. Add water and vanilla. 2. Combine confectioners' sugar and dry milk. Stir into butter mi ture, 1/2 cup at a time, mi ing well after each addition. Blend in coconut. 3. For each candy, shape about 1 tbsp mi ture into a roll 2 long curve to make a crescent. Refrigerate until firm 15 minutes....
