1 lb Ground beef, sausage or
Turkey 1/4 c Chopped onion
1 ea Can (17 oz) whole kernel
Corn, drained 1 ea Can (14.5 oz) Me ican
Stewed tomatoes, drained 1/2 ts Pepper
1 ea Pkg cornbread mi , 6 oz
1 ea Can black olives, chopped
And drained
Brown meat and onion in large skillet, stirring until meat crumbles drain well. Stir in corn, beans, stewed tomatoes, olives and pepper cook over medium heat until the ingredients are thoroughly heated. Pour into an 11 7 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Set aside. Mi cornbread according to package directions pour over meat mi ture. Bake at 400F for 25 minutes, or until golden brown. 1/4 lb Salmon bits 3 tb Butter or margarine 3 tb Flour 1 1/3 c Fish or chicken stock 1 tb Milk or cream 1 ts Dill 1 tb Capers Pepper Lemon juice Melt butter, stir in flour and blend.
